Terms of Use
1. Scope
These terms govern use of the click measurement service operated by MPINGO CLOTHING LLC on
mpingoclicktracker.com and any subdomain of it (the "Service").
2. Permitted use
The Service exists to measure clicks on advertising. Tracking URLs on our domains may only be generated by us, by an advertiser we have approved in writing, or by an advertising platform acting on the instructions of either. Access is granted only after we review a request; we may decline a request without giving reasons.
Each account is issued an identifier that must be present in every tracking URL. Links with no identifier, or with one we do not recognise or have suspended, are rejected and never redirected. We set each account's destination scope: an account is either restricted to a list of landing page domains agreed with us, or permitted to reach any public web address. Scope is changed by us, not by altering a link.
3. Prohibited use
You may not:
- construct or distribute URLs on our domains using an account identifier that was not issued to you;
- point a tracking URL at a destination you do not own or are not authorised to advertise;
- attempt to use the Service as an open redirect, or to disguise the origin or destination of a link;
- use the Service in connection with malware, phishing, deceptive claims, or any content prohibited by the advertising policies of the platform on which the link appears;
- generate artificial, automated, or otherwise invalid clicks;
- probe, scan, or attempt to degrade the availability of the Service.
Requests that fail account or destination validation are rejected with an HTTP 400 response and are not redirected. We record the destination host of every click and suspend accounts we find sending traffic to destinations that breach these terms or the advertising policies of the platform the link appeared on.
4. Advertising policy compliance
We operate the Service in accordance with Google's Guidelines for third-party click tracking services and Google Ads destination requirements. In particular, the landing page reached through a tracking URL is always the page named in the link, and no cloaking or destination substitution of any kind is performed.
5. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. If the redirect endpoint is unavailable, clicks are not silently rerouted; they fail visibly.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MPINGO CLOTHING LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
